Calling all thrill-seekers, water sport junkies and sport enthusiasts! Outdoor sport and adventure activities returned earlier this year and we can’t wait to get our blood pumping again with some of the Tees Valley’s most adrenaline-fuelled activities.

Tees Barrage International White Water Centre

The Tees Barrage International White Water Centre is open and ready to make sure you have a splashtastic time on the water with Stand Up Paddleboarding, white water rafting on the Olympic standard white water rafting course, kayaking and more.

Surfing at Saltburn

If you have been dreaming of getting back on a board to catch some waves, then the coast off the pretty Victorian town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is the perfect place to hone your surfing skills thanks to Flow Surf School and Saltburn Surf School.
